After 7 years of micro-roasting at home for his family’s enjoyment, Wessel Kruger decided it was time to do the next right thing. Pause Coffee Roastery was established in 2016 in the Garden Route, Western Cape, South Africa.

HERE’S SOME (SOCIAL) PROOF
Best Coffee in the Garden Route.
It was the best coffee in the Garden Route. Beautiful taste, perfect flat white. Service
and food also good, here you can only give 5 stars. Highly recommended!
It will be wonderful if you can buy this coffee in Germany, or if you can send it there.

Best I’ve Had in My Entire Life.
So, imagine my surprise when taking that first sip and realising I don’t need a drop of
sugar. This had to be best cappuccino I have had in my entire life! Flavourful, not too
strong, not too milky, balanced out in such a way that I was in coffee heaven!

Absolutely Wonderful Coffee Shop and Eatery!
World famous…or it should be! It is clear that Wessel and his staff take pride in what
they do. They were personable, provided great insight into the process of brewing,
and allowed us to sample some scrumptious South African cappuccino! A must visit
when in Wilderness, and did I mention they’ve been featured in Coffee Magazine?
