RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within the return window to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Packaging: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that came with the purchase.
Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your return.
Refund Process:
Approval: After inspecting the returned product, if it meets our return criteria, your refund will be approved.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via EFT payment, please provide bank details when applicable.
Refund Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank.
Customer Requirements:
Return Window: Customers have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return, due to the perishable nature of the product.
Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Reason for Return: Please provide a clear reason for the return. Common reasons include: received the wrong product, product was damaged upon arrival, or the product did not meet expectations.
Exceptions:
At Pause Coffee Roastery, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, there are certain situations where we cannot accept returns or issue refunds:
Products that have been opened or used.
Products that have been damaged after delivery.
Any item not returned in its original condition.
Returns initiated after the 10-day return window.
