The Fraijanes Plateau attracts large amount of sun, clouds, fog and heavy dew, that is sun-dried throughout dry seasons. With growing areas higher than 1600 Miles Above Sea Level, delivers a cultivation of complex, yet pleasant coffee.
Guatemala El Carrizal with its polished acidity, stone fruit, chocolate and caramel body will speak of the high hills and floral growing regions of the Fraijanes area. The El Carrizal can be pleasing on filter or Aeropress, and is best enjoyed black or as an Americano.
